How to enjoy my life?
This is one of the most common thought which we question to ourselves every now and then....
So today I would like to share some of the methods which I have learned till now by listening, feeling and experiencing it!!!!
Ok you might have come across this situation and might also have defined like going out with friends, riding, driving, drinking,party etc.....as the ways of enjoyment but still we feel that we are not enjoying. What a plight the reason is we normally don't feel much on what we do, we cover it by the thoughts of past and future. 
So the secret to enjoy the life is to you must feel and do and do and feel.
Yes I have reveled it to you we must feel and do what ever that we do whether it is work, party, travelling.....anything the more we feel the more we understand ourselves and the part of nature and eventually a feeling inside you arises giving you a sense of enjoyment in all and every aspect of your life:-)
So Do and Be at the same time to enjoy your life.

A Thought on inner peace
Inner peace : May be this is one of the softest thing in life which we feel to have when everything in our life is going well and smooth but considering my life experience we do think and feel to have and acquire inner but I think it will be lost at that moment itself!
Really but we fail to notice it that our mind is so powerful that it throws you new things which feels important than inner peace but along the line when you are depressed you will remember of that moment when all things were nice and smooth and the inner peace was the greatest priority in your life which kept you happy and then you again start to focus on inner peace again the mind play the same game( may be in other ways).
So I found a way through from this situation after months of experience:-)
1) Start the day with a happy feeling don't worry if you remember same happy moment everyday until that stops bringing you happiness.
2) Exercise and look and the clouds evening sun and enjoy the feeling now and then.3) Focus on the actual work in your life and learn to develop Vivekha i.e knowing to differentiate between your responsibility from the disturbance.4) Finally let it go don't take everything into your mind take decisions from your heart.:-)
Here is what I felt through which we can have peace throughout our life and it worked for me as well:

How to attain peace of mind :-)

How to feel peace on earth ?
My simple answer is " By observing ".
Yes only through observing we acquire knowledge and I believe only through knowledge we get exposed to so many different cultures, topics, people.....
I think to go in harmony with Panchabuthas( earth, water, ether, air, fire) is how we will put ourselves at the state of peace.
The whole world is moving in perfect harmony with the nature and all the forces of the nature are in perfect pace and it is our job to know and realize it in our life so that we can find ourselves surrounded by love, happiness and harmony with the nature.
Now i would like to tell you some of the experiences of my life in which i felt that the nature is in perfect peace with each other of its forces.
During raining when i look at the lightening and thunder i feel that the universal forces are in co-ordination with each other and that moment is one of the greatest moment to feel peace in heart as those are the moments that our hearts is ready to accept any of the good ideas and that peace moment leads to the creation of Awesome things for the humanity:-)
Then one of the way that i suggest is that whenever your in the outside and it is raining then try to go to a nearby tea shop and buy one tea for your pleasure( Preferably lemon tea) and try to drink it by imagining yourself in the state of enjoying the coolness of the water and without your control the past moments in your life starts to unfold in your mind and hence putting you in the state of tranquility and satisfaction.
Another beautiful way for feeling peace is by enjoying the real taste of water :-)
Yes by enjoying the taste of water as it is, Most of the times in our daily life we drink water but just to quench the thirst without paying attention to what we are drinking
Here i will suggest an exercise in which i felt we can enjoy the taste of water easily.
If possible make a visit to the river stream (or) the purified water is fine. ( do it very slowly)
Then take a glass of water and feel the water by closing your eyes.
Then drink the water slowly sip by sip
Drink until you feel the greatness of water
Then you will understand the peace that is present in the nature:-)
